How Long Does Shipping Take?

You can choose your shipping speed at checkout. Most orders placed before 2 PM CST ship within 3 hours. Once your order ships, you will receive a text and email notification.

All in-stock orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) typically will ship within 1-4 business days. 

Economy - 6-12 Business Days

Standard Shipping: 4-10 Business Days

Express Shipping: 1-4 Business Days

All out-of-stock orders will ship 10-14 business days from the initial order date. In special cases, if your premium order is out of stock, you will receive a free upgrade to a longer length so that you can receive your order quicker. 

Customization wigs (colored, 5x5 closures, and 6x6 closure wigs) require up to 10-14 business days.

Clip-Ins, Tape-Ins  & iTips require up to 10-14 business days

Typically, pick up orders are ready within 2-5 business days. Once your order is ready, you will receive a text and email. If you have not received a text or email, the order is not ready yet.
